I am Brandon Dodd, owner-operator of SCS. I have 12+ years of experience in heavy industry and busy production environments. Over the years I’ve seen the same pattern: when the work isn’t documented, the standard fades. That’s why I treat documentation as part of the job, not an extra, because it’s what creates clear expectations and keeps housekeeping consistent.
