How Engagement Works
Walkthrough: We review scope, access, schedule, restricted areas and no-spray areas, and take measurements for pricing.
Scope Sheet (Pricing): You receive a written Scope Sheet with units, quantities, and pricing (lump sum or NTE, based on the PO).
Execute: Work is performed on the agreed schedule, including after-hours and weekends when required.
Closeout: After completion and signoff attempt, you receive a closeout packet with photos and checklist. Documentation is retained for 12 months unless contract terms require longer.
Add-ons: Any work outside the Scope Sheet needs written approval (text or email) from the Authorized Contact before that work is performed.
Scope Control and Commercial Terms
Scope Sheet: Work is sold by written Scope Sheet and priced lump sum or Not-To-Exceed (NTE) to match the PO. Unit rates apply to measured quantities.
Change control: Add-ons require written authorization from the Authorized Contact before work starts.
Minimum charge: $300 per visit.
After-hours premium: +50% for work outside normal business hours or on weekends.
Travel radius: Rates assume a 35-mile radius from Chattanooga. Beyond that: $2 per mile (or a quoted zone fee).
Payment terms: Due upon completion for first-time customers. Net terms only by approved PO for established accounts.
